Gohar Abrahamyan is a board-certified Physician Assistant (P.A.-C) in practice since 2003. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology with a minor in Psychology in 2001 from the California State University of Northridge and a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies from Western University of Health Sciences in 2003.

As a newly certified P.A., Gohar started working in a busy sports medicine/internal medicine practice, where she worked with athletes and geriatric patients treating them medically. This is where mastered the injections of PRF and hyaluronic acid into joints for healing purposes. She also discovered that she was more interested in challenging, hands-on, and more specialized fields. In 2004 she joined the prestigious Cedars Sinai Medical Center’s Neurosurgical Institute as a P.A. and spent several years working with adult and pediatric patients focusing on surgical treatments as well as dealing with daily challenges in outpatient and inpatient settings.

Her commitment and dedication to patient care is the force that fuels her passion to help others.  Gohar is still actively practicing neurosurgery as the director of clinical services in a busy Neurosurgical practice with Dr. Gabriel E. Hunt Jr. in the Hunt Brain and Spine Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

While Gohar loves and enjoys the surgical/trauma life, she was always interested in finding a way to not only treat medical and neurological disorders, but she wanted to parlay her expertise in patient care into the aesthetics world. She became certified in Medical Aesthetics in 2007 and spent countless hours training in some of the finest dermatology and cosmetic surgery clinics in the heart of Beverly Hills which has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge in the aesthetic realm.

 In 2007, Gohar began her journey as medical aesthetics on wheels where she traveled to busy professionals, like herself, and to the homes of many celebrities who desired a non-surgical approach to maintaining their youth.   The plan was a stunning success as she received many recognitions including being featured in magazines such as Angeleno and on Fox 11’s Good day LA show for her excellent work and innovative approach to aesthetics.

Today, Gohar has well over 10 years of experience in the field of medicine and medical aesthetics. She has found a way to transform the faces of her patients utilizing a minimalist approach and has mastered the art of non-surgical facial contouring. Gohar keeps her medical knowledge up to date by attending several training sessions worldwide from didactic to hands-on to cadaver labs to ensure her patients are receiving the latest and most up-to-date treatments. She has also been a guest speaker on numerous aesthetics training sessions nationwide.

Currently, Gohar is the founder of Go Flawless Now, located in Beverly Hills with her medical director as Dr. Myron Reiff who is a board-certified M.D. with years of clinical practice and clinical trials from companies such as Allergan, Pfizer, and Merck.

 Other than enjoying time spent with her family, Gohar enjoys all types of sports, entertaining and hosting events, playing piano, cooking, and reading. In her spare time, you are sure to find her at the gym or strolling the aisles at a local bookstore. 

Whether it is organizing charity events or participating in several medical missions worldwide, whether, in a Neurosurgical or an aesthetic setting, Gohar is best known for her meticulous and detail-oriented work with a charismatic personality who always goes the extra mile to keep her patients happy.
